📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and install structured cabling systems for data center projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Perform cable testing and troubleshooting using tools like Fluke Networks and Exfo.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the structured cabling industry.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and records.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in structured cabling, with a focus on data center applications.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or BICSI Associate are a plus.
• Proven experience with Cat6, Cat6a, and Cat7 cabling, as well as fiber optic solutions.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices, including TIA/EIA, ISO/IEC, and ANSI/TIA.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
