📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Lead and mentor a team of Sales Supervisors and Sales Representatives.
• Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to the team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in training and development programs for the sales team.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the distribution industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with sales management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to travel frequently to meet with customers and distributors.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
