Bene Residence is seeking a skilled and proactive Daily Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Sumbawa Barat, Nusa Tenggara Barat. As a Daily Maintenance Engineer at Bene Residence, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems, plumbing networks, and carpentry work within our properties. You will work closely with our maintenance team to ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and functional, providing a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and emergency electrical repairs and maintenance, including wiring, circuit testing, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Carry out plumbing inspections, repairs, and installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct light carpentry work, such as repairs, installations, and modifications to property structures.
• Inspect and maintain property equipment, such as HVAC systems, elevators, and security systems.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment logs.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and coordinate work schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and industry best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and property managers, addressing their concerns and requests promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry maintenance.
• Valid certifications in electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry, as required by local regulations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, plumbing standards, and carpentry best practices.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software, such as ServiceNow or Workday.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a remote and sometimes challenging environment.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation within the region.
