📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
• Coordinate luggage transport and parking arrangements for guests.
• Assist with special requests and emergencies, ensuring guest safety and comfort.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the bell desk area.
• Adapt to the resort's peak and off-peak seasons, managing varying levels of guest traffic.
• Uphold the resort's commitment to exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Knowledge of local attractions, transportation options, and cultural customs in Bali.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage, with attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
