📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support to Shopify users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Install, configure, and customize Shopify applications and themes.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of our Shopify store.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement new features and improvements.
• Train and support end-users on the use of Shopify.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Shopify trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Proficient in using Shopify, including knowledge of Shopify Liquid, APIs, and themes.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
