With 3-5 years of experience in global payroll or a related field, you'll bring a deep understanding of international labor laws and best practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process global payroll, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and benefit entitlements.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain accurate payroll records and reports.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to optimize compensation packages and benefits.
• Provide payroll support and guidance to employees and managers.
• Stay updated with changes in labor laws and payroll regulations.
• Use ADP Workforce Now, BambooHR, and QuickBooks Payroll to streamline payroll processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in global payroll or a related field.
• Certification in global payroll or a related certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of international labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now, BambooHR, and QuickBooks Payroll.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
