📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and outreach.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts, proposals, and agreements.
• Support the sales team in driving sales growth and meeting targets.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project compliance and quality standards.
• Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and project progress.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to support our company’s strategic goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry, including project management, procurement, and contract administration.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for site visits and business development activities.
