📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement waste management strategies to minimize environmental impact.
- Conduct regular environmental audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local and international environmental regulations and standards.
- Train and mentor team members on environmental best practices and procedures.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to address environmental concerns and issues.
- Stay informed about emerging environmental trends and technologies, and incorporate relevant advancements into our operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental management, waste management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and standards, including ISO 14001 and EMAS.
- Proficient in using environmental management software, such as SAP EM or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to environmental challenges.
- Ability to travel and work in various locations as required.
- Certification in environmental management, such as ISO 14001 Lead Auditor or similar, is a plus.
