Direct Silver Lestari is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team in Singkawang. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow professionally.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with company goals and employee development needs.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate and develop employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Maintain training records and provide regular reports on training activities and outcomes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they achieve their training objectives.,Assist in the recruitment and selection process by evaluating candidates' training needs and providing recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and e-learning platforms.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certifications in training and development (e.g., ATP, PMP, or similar) are a plus.,Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
