The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
