📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment support.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters and team members.,Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure a seamless hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
