📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.,Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.,Oversee the maintenance schedule and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.,Implement corrective and preventive maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.,Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and conduct regular safety inspections and audits.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and implement improvements in maintenance processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance in a manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and software.,Familiarity with ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) and other relevant international standards.,Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
