📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Oversee a team of distribution officers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.,Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and delivery partners to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in the distribution process.,Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.,Analyze distribution data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of distribution software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving distribution efficiency.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and distribution practices is a plus.,Ability to speak and understand English is a plus.
