PT Eka Property is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and oversee the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring the safety and efficiency of our vehicles. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and ready for use.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to ensure efficient use of resources.,Monitor vehicle maintenance and repair schedules, and coordinate with service providers as needed.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Track and analyze fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are properly trained and equipped to operate the vehicles safely.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including fuel usage, mileage, and maintenance.,Provide regular reports on fleet status and performance to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
