Hokian Dian Sate is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to lead and manage our outlet in Pontianak. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the food service industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management to maintain a productive and motivated team.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet, including stock control and inventory management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in promotional activities and marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.,Work closely with the corporate office to ensure consistency in brand standards and operational procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Willingness to travel for business purposes.
