As an Operations Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales and order processing operations. Your daily tasks will involve managing and optimizing our order processing workflows, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable orders. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize order processing workflows using SAP and other relevant software.
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales and order processing.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Analyze sales and order processing data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall business goals of Bellezza Ceramiche.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and order processing operations.
• Proficient in using SAP and other relevant software for sales and order processing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of the ceramic industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
