📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the branch office,Oversee staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets,Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking,Conduct regular branch meetings and provide updates to the head office,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively,Assist in the development of new business opportunities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software,Experience in a retail or sales environment is a plus
