📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Training and mentoring retail staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Promoting products and services to drive sales and increase market share.,Managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
