📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.,Oversee the production process to maintain quality standards and meet customer requirements.,Coordinate with team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.,Conduct regular quality checks to identify and address any issues in the production process.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production management.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.
