📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Server in managing the server team, including scheduling shifts and ensuring adequate staffing.,Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently from customers.,Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and professionally.,Ensure that all orders are prepared and served correctly according to customer requests.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a polite and professional manner.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.,Assist in inventory management by reporting any shortages or issues to the kitchen staff.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a food service role, preferably as a Server or similar position.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff effectively.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods of time.,Familiarity with basic kitchen operations and food handling procedures.,Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with a background in hospitality or related field.,Friendly and customer-focused attitude with a passion for providing excellent service.

🛠️ Keahlian

Multilingual skillsespecially in English and Indonesianare a plus.Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in order taking and delivery.
