📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet departmental and organizational needs.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure accurate job postings.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various recruitment channels.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including maintaining applicant records and coordinating interviews.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
