📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing the restaurant's daily operations, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation by supervising kitchen staff.
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering to maintain efficient stock levels.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Train and develop new staff members to maintain service quality.
  • Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract customers.
  • Monitor and report on restaurant performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
  • Ability to speak and understand Indonesian and English fluently.
