📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the NPI process from concept to commercialization, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to optimize product development and production processes.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in NPI and production excellence.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and best practices.
• Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and PLM systems.
• Excellent project management skills with experience using tools like MS Project or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related quality management system is a plus.
