📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and train a team of staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services within the branch.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a positive customer experience.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Assist in the development and implementation of branch-specific goals and initiatives.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
