Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding Pumps, Valves & Instrumentation products.,Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and network with potential customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technical sales sector.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the technical aspects of Pumps, Valves & Instrumentation products.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.
