📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and outreach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Develop and present sales proposals and contracts.

Monitor and manage sales performance and targets.

Provide excellent customer service and support.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in freight forwarding or related industries.

Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations and market dynamics.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in English and Indonesian.

Computer literate with experience in sales software and CRM systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
