📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the development and implementation of compliance testing and assurance frameworks.,Lead a team of compliance professionals in conducting regular audits and assessments.,Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.,Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance training programs for employees.,Monitor and report on compliance risks and issues to senior management.,Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to address compliance concerns.,Stay updated with evolving regulatory landscapes and industry best practices.,Ensure all financial transactions and operations are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance, with a focus on testing and assurance.,Proven experience in regulatory compliance, particularly in financial services.,Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including but not limited to, AML, KYC, and GDPR.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with financial systems and technologies is a plus.
