📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of retail sales consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and develop sales staff on products, services, and sales techniques.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to support sales goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
