📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform various laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Prepare and maintain laboratory records and reports.,Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff.,Participate in quality assurance activities to maintain high standards.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely test results.,Handle and dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with safety protocols.,Participate in inventory management and procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.,Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulations.,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.,Valid certification in laboratory techniques (preferred).
