📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Assist in stock management, including inventory counting and ordering.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, floors, and restrooms.,Assist in the preparation and organization of merchandise for sales.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.,Assist in the training and development of new store operators.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or store operation environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.,Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
