📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, organizing orientation programs, and assisting with paperwork.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns, grievances, and performance issues.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.,Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide guidance to the team.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a human resources role (fresh graduates with internship experience are also encouraged to apply).,Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse groups of people.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
