📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage HR activities including recruitment, employee onboarding, and offboarding
• Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace issues
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Maintain and update HR records using SAP SuccessFactors
• Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office space
• Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services
• Assist in the planning and execution of company events and activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and general affairs
• Familiarity with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English
• Valid SIM (Driver's License) preferred
